Subscription management lives under Account. The Account page shows your current plan and next renewal, with Upgrade Plan and Billing & Payment.
Free trial
New customers get a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. A credit card is required for security, but there is no subscription charge at sign-up. New customers only, limit one per company. The trial is applied automatically when you sign up for the Starter plan. If no trial is shown, the account isn't eligible. See Getting started → Select a plan.
Upgrade Plan
Upgrade Plan opens the in-app Subscription view so you can change plans. For public plan details and pricing, see the Pricing page.
Billing & Payment
Billing & Payment opens the Stripe customer portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancelling your subscription. Payments appear on your bank statement as shown in Account.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime in the app: go to Account, choose Billing & Payment (this opens Stripe's billing portal), then select Cancel Subscription. There are no refunds. After you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current monthly term.
